Italian born, I first started practicing yoga in Italy when I was 18. I fell in love with this discipline but I didn’t practice it regularly until 2007. This was a stressful time in my life…in yoga I found a way to release my tensions and started to feel better physically and mentally. Since then, yoga became almost and addiction for me! I practiced different styles with different teachers and got to a point where being a student wasn’t enough for me. So in 2011 – 2012 I trained to be a Hatha Yoga teacher and became Yoga Alliance qualified. At the same time I found Yin Yoga, a non heat-producing style of yoga which works on the deeper, connective tissues. I started to incorporate this style of yoga into my usual Hatha practice, and to link Hatha poses into a flow of sequences, which resulted in a balanced practice, both energising and relaxing. This is the style of yoga I started teaching in 2013, a flow of poses aimed at developing strength, flexibility and balance. I love the way yoga creates a sense of intense well-being and I am keen to share this with my students!
